Polar Manufacturing Ltd are currently recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive for their Carbon Fibre and 3D Laser Scanning, UK division.

Main purpose of the role:   

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing customers, promoting Polar Manufacturing and Carbon Fibre to new and potential clients.

About us:

At Polar Manufacturing we design, engineer and manufacture quality carbon fibre products to a wide, varied and exciting industry sectors such as Automotive, Defence, Sport & Leisure.

Duties include:

  • Driving sales and reporting KPI's in line with delivery targets
  • Researching potential leads and following up with prospecting calls, building the pipeline on CRM system
  • Drive RFQ’s to the Engineering department (for feasibility and quotation)
  • Publishing content on social media platforms
  • Handling incoming sales enquiries (telephone & website)
  • Attending trade shows (as an exhibitor or for research)
  • Keeping up to date with industry
  • Building and maintaining long standing, strong and genuine relationships with customers
  • Updating CRM System - regularly updating notes and appointment details
  • Engaging in client meetings both at Polar or at customer’s premises
  • Reviewing weekly the sales activity with key team members  

 Skills and experience required:

  • A positive, confident and articulate communicator
  • An individual who is motivated by sales, and competitive to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong commitment and genuine customer care
  • Excellent face to face and telephone skills
  • Proficient IT skills, ideally using Microsoft Office software and a CRM system
  • Driven and results orientated
  • Innovative and creative problem solver 
  • Enthusiastic and positive
  • Team player
  • A highly organised, flexible with great attention to detail individual

This role will report to the Operations Director working within the Business strategy and is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to grow their existing career working on exciting projects with fascinating materials in a growing, exciting and dynamic environment.
