Coming from a water heaters manufacturing sector, where he spent the last 9 years, Ramunas enjoys improving the workplace so production and quality targets are met and the team stays motivated. Ramunas has certification of ILM3 and IOSH - managing safely, which is helping to achieve targets at Polar.
